Defective hip replacement, Raptiva, Defective shouder pain pump lawsuits

Migliore & Infranco, P.C. announces new litigation regarding Defective hip replacements, the Psoriasis medication- Raptiva and Defective shoulder pain pumps.

Defective hip replacements have been manufactured by Zimmer Inc., Stryker Corp. and Howmedica Osteonics. They may require revision surgery to correct malfunctioning hip implants. In early 2008, Stryker issued a recall on its Trident Hip Implants. Patients complained of "squeaky hips" and joint pain.

Raptiva is a psoriasis medication. Some individuals have contracted progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), a rare, serious, progressive neurologic disease caused by a virus that affects the central nervous system, after receiving Raptive injections.

Defective shoulder pain pumps have been manufactured by Stryker Corp., I-Flow Corp. and Donjoy, Inc. Some individuals have developed Chondrolysis (PAGCL), the permanent degeneration of shoulder cartilage. This occured post-operatively when using a pain pump.
